•• What is your return policy?

Our Ironclad 30-Day Guarantee is our promise that you'll like the games your purchase from us. If you have any trouble with one of our games, just email us at support(at)redmarblegames(dot)com and let us know. If we can't resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we'll refund your money. It's that simple. (We can only guarantee refunds on games you buy from us, though, not our games that you find on other websites). We do appreciate a reason for the return, just so that we can improve our products.

•• What currencies are accepted?

All of our prices are listed in US dollars, but you can choose the currency you want to use from the popup on the upper right side of our shopping cart page.

•• Paying by check or money order:

You can buy our games and CDs by check or money order so long as it's drawn on US funds. International customers should send an international money order in US funds. To do so, send us an email at sales(at)redmarblegames(dot)com and let us know, and we'll send you the mailing address where you can send your check or money order.

•• Do you accept PayPal?

We sure do. On the checkout page, under the list of supported credit cards, you'll see a button you can click to pay with PayPal. You'll be taken to PayPal's site to complete your purchase.
